Our mission is to help landowners understand the true value of their mineral rights and to help ensure that they receive fair and equitable reimbursement should they choose to lease those rights.  Empire Energy will help coalitions structure and gather data to take the steps toward drafting a  group lease with terms favorable for landowners who wish to develop their mineral assets of oil/gas.   
  • How it works:  Coalition Organization
    EELLC = Empire Energy LLC
    Steering Committee = Town and Committee Volunteers on the formation of the group

  •  Steering Committee – approves and hires Empire Energy LLC
  • EELLC: Formation of steering committee (deciding parameters & design of coalition constituency, ie: town by town or rolling) Steering Committee: Direction for township advisors & meeting scheduling & landowner responsibility at inception (ie: who has agreed to be the contact persons(s) for each townships, and guiding responsibility for meeting locations, setup, and strategy for meeting attendance.)
    • EELC: will bring all necessary documentation to sign up and record coalition members to the various meetings, and all updated information or communications sent to coalition members.
    • EELC: will draft all coalition communications and communications to State politicians or officials to present the position of the coalition and the coalitions concerns.
    • EELC: will maintain and produce the database of coalition members, preparing them for the bidding process & communications to coalition members coming up for bid.
    • Steering Committee will assist in helping with mailings, data correction or missing information from landowners at time of sign up.
    • EELLC: Formation of landowner data for bid (mapping & land records maintenance, working with land owners as needed for inclusion of bid)
    • EELC: Development for steering committee of marketing & public notice materials and press releases (ie: Empire Energy will produce with guidance on placement & schedule, agreed upon method of ongoing communications to group will be discussed at first meeting.)
    • Steering Committee: Steering and coalition members disseminate & cover publicity or ad costs
    • EELC: Will cover costs for lease negotiations with coalition members,  for a quarterly update on coalition status, news, etc. (all mailing, web expenses)
    • Consultation and direction on website or blog development by individual coalition steering committees with cost of building, management and upkeep at the steering committee responsibility. (ie: EELC will approve language & help in initial building of site – changes and cost of building the site will be covered by the coalition.)
Lease Development
  • EELC: Review for best market, planning and timing of bidding and will make the bid to a list of prospective companies.
  • EELC: Making the bid• Lease Evaluation
    •  EELC: Review with steering committee
    •  EELC: Review and sign up with landowners affected by lease for bid – EELC will be responsible for communication to actual land owners affected by the bid in notifying them of meetings and signing times to coordinate completion.

  •  Steering Committee – (in a rolling coalition) responsible for the next quarterly or 6 month review process to begin again, and communicating with EELLC to begin process again.

    Municipalities/Government Organizations
    • Guidelines for Possible Impact (Environmental, Financial, Infrastructure)
    • Working with governmental and environmental infrastructure to facilitate a plan for leasing.
    • Any of the above as it may pertain to public meetings, etc.
